The correct centrifuge model suitable for engines, along with its proper usage to reduce service expenditure is the demand of the engineering industry. Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1994 with a mission to save expenditure on oil by cleaning it to finer levels and by reducing breakdowns in the equipments. We are a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of centrifugal oil cleaners, engine mounted fuel water separators, etc. The centrifugal oil cleaners are used in lube cleaning applications while the engine mounted fuel water separators are used in the separation of water droplets in fuels. Fulfilling the requirement of several leading engine manufacturers of the country, we have been designated as an approved supplier of centrifugal oil cleaners to the Indian Defense Organization as well an approved manufacturer of centrifuges by the DGQA. Besides this, we are also an Original Equipment Suppliers (OEM) to Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., Greaves Ltd., Bharat Earth Movers Ltd., among others.

Advantage of Centrifuge Oil Cleaner Our centrifuge oil cleaner cleans the engine oil continuously when the
engine is running, separating dirt below 1 micron from the engine oil and
lowering the wear and tear rate of engine components drastically. It also
avoids harmful oil degradation and arrests the depletion of oil additives, which, thereby, results in an increased life span of the engines. The Centrifuge Cleaner does not require any
spare part to be replaced and gives consistent performance throughout
the life of the engine.
Quality Aspects
The Quality Management System (QMS) for Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is quite well in place. All the
products manufactured by us are checked for their functional
performance by our efficient team of quality control inspectors. Our in-house testing
laboratory is well equipped with the latest calibrated tools such as
Magnetic Crack Detectors, Hardness Testers, Slip Gauges, Modern Digital Measuring Instruments, etc. All these instruments help in detecting the errors in the products, enabling us to rectify them immediately. The company has developed testing rigs for centrifuges to
measure performance of each centrifuge manufactured.
Infrastructure
The company owns a vast production unit spread over 2000 square feet area,
with a separate gauge store and gauge room measuring 450 square
feet. Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is well equipped with a modern
CNC machining technology for production of centrifuge components. We
have a 100+40 ton extra deep drawing hydraulic press and allied
machines required for deep drawing operation. We have a team
of highly competent engineers and technocrats working on the further development of the existing centrifuge models and
development of new centrifuge models. For innovative methods of
production, we rely on our Research & Development
department. Various responsibilities are entrusted to our
experienced staff, along with continuous learning and development
opportunities.
